Zappko provides a comprehensive suite of enterprise-grade digital solutions including but not limited to artificial intelligence integration, custom software development, marketing automation, CRM implementation, lead generation systems, cybersecurity hardening, and digital transformation consulting.

All services are delivered according to the specific scope outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work. Zappko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering with reasonable notice to active clients.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for Zappko to perform its services. This includes access credentials, data, content, and decision-making authority.

You agree not to use Zappko services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malware, or to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of all data and content you provide.

Fees for Zappko services are outlined in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

For recurring services, billing cycles are established in your service agreement. Zappko reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received within the stipulated period. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in a separate agreement.

Zappko leverages advanced artificial intelligence and automation technologies. Clients acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may vary, are probabilistic in nature, and are not intended to replace human judgment or oversight.
